Logistics Coordinator (Ocean) - Bilingual (Spanish & English)

• Communicating with customers and vendors to coordinate products.
• Obtain and create quotes for shipments and source best method of transportation
• Handling and resolving Ocean Import/Export troubleshooting
• Receive, review and process Ocean Export documentation
• Hands on experience of international air/ocean & import/export
• Calculates rates with the ability to convert pricing and rates
• Accuracy of data entry into company system as needed
• Maintain essential account documentation with up to date information.
• High school diploma/GED required
• 1+ Years of experience in logistics (Import, Export, Domestics)
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Inventory maintenance experience.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Good management and organizational skills.
• Fast learner & Good listener.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English.
