As the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in all aspects of care. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, optimizing workflows, leading performance improvement initiatives, and supporting staff training and development.You’ll also balance hands-on bench work with administrative duties, ensuring seamless medication management and patient safety.
Reporting to both the Chief Medical Officer and the Multi-Site Pharmacy Director, this Pharmacy Manager will have oversight of a dedicated team of pharmacy technicians, full-time pharmacists, and per diem pharmacists.
