The Opportunity ...:
As our Production Supervisor– you will report to the Operations Manager.
On a given day, you may:
- Supervisor production personnel and ensure they are reporting labor appropriately.
- Track performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Assist Production Manager with cost improvement initiatives and developing best practices and standard operating procedures for maximum utilization.
- Identify and resolve possible interruptions in workflow and communicate issues.
- Communicate and develop action plan to manage seasonal variations in shop floor utilization
- JDE Experience
- High School Diploma
- 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment and manufacturing disciplines (Sheet Metal, Machining, Welding, Fabrication, and Assembly)
- Proficient in use of integrated business systems.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
- You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
- This position is fully onsite
- This role may require some travel for training/manufacturing purposes
