BCBA Compensation: $82,500 - $94,500 depending on experience
SDCS Compensation: $91,500- $104,500, depending on experience
Additional Compensation & Incentives
Between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays.

Company paid BCBA State Licensure Renewal and 8-Hour Supervision Training.

Orientation & Training: All BCBAs receive a fully customized virtual orientation at the center hired, along with 6 weeks of ongoing training.

Qualifications:

Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
Preferred: 3-5 years of BCBA experience.
Desired Traits: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.
