**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF WORKING THEFITNESS FRONT DESK:**
When working at the Fitness Front Desk of Bonita Bay Club, you will be working in our 3-story Lifestyle Center with 20,000 square feet dedicated to exercise, featuring wall-to-wall Technogym equipment. You will flow between Front Desk 1 and Front Desk 2 duties.
Front desk 1 is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk, greeting members and their guests, answering phone calls, booking personal training appointments, and billing for the services. This role is very dynamic and fast-paced.
In the Front Desk 2 role, you are responsible for keeping the exercise floor clean and free of clutter. You may be asked to tour members through the center or answer questions regarding the machines. A major part of Front Desk 2 includes doing laundry, wiping down equipment, and cleaning the fitness studios.

**JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:**- **Must have a high school diploma or GED.**
- **Must be available on Weekends and Holidays.**
- **Must be available to work 15-25 hours a week in 4- to 6-hour shifts during our Fitness Center Hours of 6:30AM to 6PM.**
- Must have First Aid and CPR/AED Certifications (mandatory training to receive these certifications will be provided if not yet attained)
- Knowledge of Fitness equipment is preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have some experience with Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to carry up to 40 lbs.
