Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities- Answering telephones, providing information, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Coordinating conferences, meetings, or special events.
- Establishing work procedures and schedules and tracking the daily work of clerical staff.
- Greeting visitors or callers, addressing inquiries, or directing them to the appropriate person based on their needs.
- Opening, reading, routing, and distributing incoming mail or materials and responding to routine correspondence.
- Composing, typing, and distributing meeting notes, routine correspondence, reports (such as presentations or monthly reports), and expense or statistical reports.
- Ordering and distributing office supplies.
- Arranging travel, conference, or meeting reservations for office personnel.
- Managing projects or contributing to team or committee work.
- Maintaining scheduling and event calendars, and confirming appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
