Job Description:We are Hiring Immediately for a Shipping Coordinator position in an exciting warehouse facility! The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating shipping processes to support the Fulfillment Center Operations team. This position will perform a variety of shipping clerical responsibilities in a professional, timely manner to support the organizational objectives of the department.This position partners with carriers to schedule all outbound shipping appointments. Schedules appointments for carriers and communicates information to the Operations and Transportation teams where appropriate. Promptly checks drivers in and out as they arrive and exit the facility in accordance with company standards.
Researches and provides proof of delivery claims and order discrepancies as requested in a timely manner. Performs routine clerical duties to support the operations department to include maintaining and organizing records, files, and data and running shipment status reports.
Resolves shipment issues, including late issues with carriers, anticipates/proactively manages potential late shipments, swiftly resolves past due shipments. Client is focused on producing high-quality cycling accessories. Items include gear like bags, tools, lights, and other essential accessories for cyclists.
