**About the Role:**
As a CBRE AP/AR Accounting Supervisor, you will supervise a team responsible for preparing financial data in the areas of Accounts Payable and Receivable.
This job is part of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function. They are responsible for reviewing and paying invoices and cash management activities such as reconciliation and bank account reviews.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Oversee the timely payment and processing of invoices, expense vouchers, etc.
+ Review reconciled account balances and control reports. Perform month-end-related functions.
+ Review and audit the team's work for accuracy and completeness.
+ Answer internal/external customer or vendor requests and raised inquiries. Provide efficient, timely, and courteous service.
+ Assist with the alignment of processes and procedures with company compliance, accounting practices, and regulations.
+ Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
+ May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
+ Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
+ Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
**What You’ll Need:**
High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive approach.
Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

**CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The maximum salary for the AP/AR Accounting Supervisor position is $70,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
