For one of our clients, we are looking for an Account Executive, remotely from Texas, United States.
As an Account Executive, your primary role will be to drive business growth by expanding accounts within your designated payer vertical. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships, managing all aspects of client engagement, and identifying opportunities for sales growth within existing accounts.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute initiatives that introduce new products and services to the customer base, while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Accountabilities:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and growth.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, enhancing the company’s footprint within your designated vertical.
- Lead client meetings, ensuring alignment on goals, agenda development, and follow-through on deliverables.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Product Team to strategize and launch new offerings for existing clients.
- Provide support to the team of Account Managers, delegating tasks, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Analyze emerging trends and provide insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise-level Sales, or Customer Success.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing multiple platforms and adapting to new technology solutions quickly.
- Ability to manage complex projects with excellent attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with industry experience in Medicare Advantage or Long-Term Care Insurance a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple client needs and expectations.
- Competitive base salary of $90,000 per year.
