Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of account balances.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management.
• Monitor budgets and forecast financial performance as needed.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
