Duties:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and engage in cold calling to generate new leads
• Utilize sales techniques to upsell products and services to existing customers
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and industry trends
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Skills:

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in at least one additional language preferred
• Excellent cold calling skills and the ability to confidently engage with potential customers
• Effective public speaking skills for presentations and client meetings
• Upselling expertise to maximize revenue from existing customers
• Knowledge of sales pipeline management techniques to effectively track leads and opportunities
• Familiarity with market research methods to identify potential target markets and industry trends
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Experience in outside sales or business development is a plus
