Staff Accountant

Position Overview: As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial processes and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. You will collaborate with various departments to support our operational goals and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage transactional accounting duties as well as month-end responsibilities
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Monitor inventory accounting and cost allocation, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Utilize SAP for financial reporting and data analysis, providing insights to management.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in SAP and other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
