Overview:

The Program Manager at Resonetics is a key leader in an individual contributor role who manages multi-site programs, involving vertically integrated technologies, processes, and businesses. The Program Manager will work and drive production implementation of new products and technologies that originate within Resonetics Light Speed Lab group as well as other “transfer-in opportunities”.

The Program Manager will lead facility expansion and transfer projects across the broader organization.

Typical programs involve multiple Resonetics design and manufacturing locations, complex supply chain networks, and working with site Director’s of Operations, development core teams, commercial and business development leaders, procurement, and other operations functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages internal resources through dotted line relationships to meet program goals and milestones. Works with internal management to ensure appropriate resources have been assigned.
  • Work closely with internal global cross-functional engineering teams and subject matter experts as well as external technical partners to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, required resources, detailed work breakdown structure, project budget, costing analysis, risk mitigation plans and project timing.
  • Regularly publish progress status reports to leadership and stakeholders highlighting achievements, milestone deliveries and associated metrics.
  • Understand, track and articulate issues / risks / action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate stakeholders as needed.
  • Proactively communicate escalations around challenges, gaps, support required and resource needs to quickly address issues before they impede successful delivery of the program.
  • Keep projects on track and ensure timely completion within the defined scope, accountable for successfully meeting or exceeding commitments on product performance, product cost, cycle time, project cost and quality.
  • Generate high-level plans, communications, and schedules to assist with task prioritization and workload adjustments.
  • Identifies potential project risks and develops/implements strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
  • Proactively communicates project schedules, project change proposals and related project activities on a regular basis with customer and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, services and controls necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of project within budget.
  • Delegate and manage tasks among team members as appropriate to drive execution of project deliverables and minimize risk.
  • Document project meeting minutes, issues log, decision log, metrics, and other key communications.
  • Ensure current Resonetics policies and practices are followed, and accurate documentation requirements are followed.
  • Identify resources required for project activities, develop project budgets, resource allocations and timelines.
  • Interact with senior personnel on complex matters requiring coordination between organizations.
  • Selects process improvement techniques to solve technical problems and makes sound equipment and process recommendations.
  • Coordinate the planning, documentation, and execution of the following deliverables, as appropriate:
  • Process and equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ/MVP/TMV), as well as associated risk management activities (PFMEA/Risk Assessment).
  • Process documentation and training where applicable (Manufacturing Process, Manufacturing, Setup, Preventive Maintenance etc.).
  • Procurement of materials, supplies, services and controls necessary for timely and cost effective completion of project within budget.
  • Delegate and manage tasks among team members as appropriate to drive execution of project deliverables and minimize risk.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline; or 3 years and a Master’s degree.
  • Experience leading manufacturing launches / manufacturing transfer projects
  • Strong project management experience leading cross functional teams in a operations environment.
  • Strong grasp of MS Project and Powerpoint software.
  • Strong analytical and data driven approach with proven problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal skills, ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Solid team leadership, team building and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and look for solutions.
  • Solid conflict resolution and arbitration skills.
  • Ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.
  • Must be comfortable communicating and/or presenting in front of all levels of the organization.
  • Ability and willingness to travel, including internationally. Travel percentage up to 10%.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position ranges from $100,000 - $120,000 /year. The salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
