We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in the manufacturing industry, based in Jurupa Valley, California. The Controller will be part of a dynamic team, where the primary responsibility will be to oversee the financial activities, including the preparation of financial reports, direct investment activities, and implement cash management strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage full cycle accounting operations
• Implement and maintain job costing procedures
• Direct and oversee budgeting and forecasting activities
• Carry out detailed analysis and reporting on financial data
• Manage and implement revenue recognition accounting in line with ASC 606
• Be actively involved in budget processes
• Handle the manufacturing cost accounting process
• Utilize NetSuite for various financial operations
• Use Microsoft Excel for advanced financial analysis
• Manage and direct the percentage (%) of completion, BOM, and work orders
• Develop and coach team members to improve overall team performance.

• Proficiency in Budget Processes is required.
• Experience in Manufacturing industry is necessary.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Cost Accounting is essential.
• Knowledge of Standard Cost Accounting is required.
• Ability to handle percentage (%) of completion tasks is necessary.
• Expertise in Job Cost is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Revenue Recognition Accounting is required.
• Skills in Budgeting - Forecasting are essential.
• Experience in using NetSuite software is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Familiarity with Full Cycle Accounting is mandatory.
