About Our Client

Our client is a growing financial services firm with over 1,500 employees globally. This role will be based in their Greenwich, CT office.

Job Description

Responsibilities of the Recruiter include:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment from initial intake meetings with hiring managers through to offer acceptance.
  • Handle a high volume of job openings and applications across various stages in Greenhouse.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through creative job postings, networking, sourcing, and collaborating with professional organizations, while prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Foster relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and key stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of team needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies, systems, and technologies; suggest improvements to global talent acquisition processes.
  • Manage headcount and unbudgeted hiring requests throughout the year.
  • Develop and monitor metrics for the recruiting process to ensure transparency and accuracy in HR systems.
  • Work with HR team members to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Support HR team projects that advance diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement, and other strategic goals.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications of the successful Recruiter candidate include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of recruitment experience in-house or at an agency, ideally with exposure to the financial services or fintech industry; experience in technology recruitment and intern hiring is a plus.
  • Proven ability to assess resumes, conduct effective screening calls, and recommend suitable candidates to hiring managers.
  • Experience recruiting for various departments, with a strong ability to build client relationships and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What's on Offer
  • Salary range $80,000 - $100,000
  • Discretionary annual bonus ($10,000 - $15,000)
