Responsibilities:

• Assisting in all aspects of conference registration
• Providing comprehensive administrative support for the organization of conferences
• Ensuring all registration details are accurately recorded and updated
• Responding to inquiries related to the conference registration process
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all conference attendees
• Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operations during conferences
• Managing and updating customer records as necessary.
• Must possess strong customer service skills.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
