Key job responsibilities- Own and drive a category of business from end to end – from strategy building to product selection and in-season management.
- Partner with suppliers and planning counterparts to maintain in-stock targets based on customer demand
- Utilize necessary levers to drive improved customer experience for assigned category
- Champion company and department priorities across the team and serve as a resource and expert within areas of responsibility.
- Take a forward-thinking, holistic, and data driven approach to maximize profitability; over communicates with stakeholders on strategies.
- Utilize internal and competitor merchandise data to formulate plans of action
- Understand and can drive 3P/1P channel strategy, product segmentation, and seasonal demand.
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and ability to hire and develop great talent

In this role the ideal candidate will be a forward thinker, always anticipating possible future product offerings by conducting thorough research about what customers are looking for next and the fashion trends that are coming up. - Bachelor's degree- 5+ years in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years Excel experience- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.
