About the Company: Leading private equity firm based in Menlo Park, CA, primarily focused on high-growth technology and related companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the capital call and distribution process for the private equity funds.
• Manage various systems used by the Accounting/Operations team.
• Collaborate with deal teams and external advisors on fund administration/accounting.
• Oversee the financial close process for investment vehicles.
• Respond to investor inquiries and support external fund audits, tax issues, and statutory compliance.

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with private equity/venture capital investment partnership accounting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in team settings.
• Proficiency in technical accounting (US GAAP) and databases.
