Culinary Director

Ebenezer is hiring a Culinary Director, who is responsible for overseeing all dining services operations, ensuring meals are prepared and presented in accordance with applicable regulations and resident expectations and supervises staff at our Assisted Living/Memory Care in Naples, Florida.
- Full-Time; 80 hours every pay period
- Day/Early Evening Shifts, with occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
- One weekend day a month for Manager on Duty
- Holidays as needed

Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Plans and leads all aspects of dining services operations
- Food preparation
- Hires and supervises dining staff (servers, support chefs and cooks)
- Promotes positive resident relations and happiness
- Menu planning, Budgeting and financial goals
Qualifications:
Required:
- Food Manager Certification required
- ServSafe Certification
Preferred:
- Three to Five years previous experience in similar environment
- Performance Management skills and experience
