• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets and expenses.
• Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all work complies with local regulations and safety standards.

The Successful Applicant

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Enthusiasm to do retail and light commercial projects

• 4 year degree
• Estimating experience
