Primary Care PA or NP
Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. If you are passionate about primary care and committed to enhancing the well-being of your patients, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and take medical histories
- Perform physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
- Provide patient education on health management and wellness
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with best practices
- Build long-lasting relationships with patients to promote ongoing care
- Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a healthcare team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
