Responsibilities
Reports To: Production Manager
Duties:
- Provide Excellent Service: Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and packing to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Collaborate with customer service, customers, freight carriers, and production.
- Manage Inventory Safely: Load/unload materials using pallet jacks or forklifts. Properly label, pick, and store materials to avoid damage and ensure easy retrieval. Report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Ensure On-time Shipping: Coordinate with customers and freight carriers to meet delivery commitments.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Enter shipping and receiving data into the system promptly, ensuring accurate customer records.
- Resolve Issues Quickly: Monitor for delays and address them to avoid disruption to deliveries.
- Foster Team Collaboration: Lead and work with team members to maintain a customer-focused and efficient warehouse operation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in using computers and freight specifications.
- Skilled in operating forklifts and safe lifting techniques (up to 40 lbs).

- Ability to resolve issues quickly.
- Flexible working hours to meet expectations.
