What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage land development projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and construction managers to bring projects to life
- Utilize your engineering expertise to design, problem-solve, create, and refine project plans
- Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure successful project delivery
About You:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer license in Michigan
- 6+ years of experience in the management of civil projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong ability to manage projects and teams effectively
- Innovative mindset to apply creative solutions to complex challenges
