The M/WBE Program Recruitment and Application Specialist at CAFCO Group is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to engage Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) for the Waterfront Pathways program. This role includes conducting outreach at events, managing a multi-step application process in collaboration with NYCEDC, and providing detailed applicant assessments.The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience, strong networking skills, and expertise in M/WBE certification processes and recruitment.
