Oversee the L&D department, managing staff, budgets, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Credentials:
- Current RN license in New York State
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Nurse Manager certification
- Minimum of 5 years of L&D nursing experience
Weekly Pay Range:
- Entry-Level (0-2 years): $2,700 - $2,900
- Mid-Level (3-5 years): $2,900 - $3,100
- Senior-Level (6+ years): $3,100 - $3,300
