Responsibilities- Inspection and Testing: Perform thorough inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with aerospace specifications and standards.
- Documentation Review: Analyze and review quality documentation, including inspection reports, test data, and compliance records to maintain accuracy and completeness.
- Non-Conformance Management: Identify and report any non-conformances, deviations, or discrepancies, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Quality Audits: Conduct internal quality audits to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Prepare audit reports and track follow-up actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions based on inspection findings and industry best practices.
- Training and Development: Assist in training team members on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices to foster a culture of quality.
