Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage benefits administration and coordinate payroll processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.
- Conduct training sessions and support talent development initiatives.
