We are hiring Full-time and Part-time Collection Associates to join our growing family!

Job Requirements :

Engage in telephone contact with consumers
Negotiate repayment terms in accordance with client , State and Federal laws.
Complete and accurate account documentation
Adherence to work schedule

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Collection experience preferred but not required

Skills

Comprehensive and working knowledge of collections is preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong work ethic and commitment to succeed
Computer basics,

Pay Range

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour ( based on collection experience) with monthly bonus pay

Office Hours:

Monday through Friday 8am-4:30 pm
