A Construction Manager is needed for a utility holding company in the Becker, MN area. The role involves coordinating and managing small to moderate scope projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to project management methodologies while continuously seeking improvements in cost and performance.

responsibilities:
- Coordinate and complete small to moderate scope projects, including subprojects of larger, complex initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects to achieve broad program goals.
- Plan and implement schedules, monitoring programs from inception through delivery to ensure deadlines are met.
- Define and report program status, development issues, and success metrics.
- Identify and monitor areas of risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously seek opportunities for cost, performance, and schedule improvements.
- Manage project budgets effectively.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among projects to ensure alignment and collaboration.
