Job Description

As the Manufacturing Engineer, responsibilities will include the following:

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes.
• Utilize engineering skills to drive continuous improvement in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on problem-solving and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety and design standards.
• Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Manage projects to improve product quality and reduce costs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Capital project experience is a plus!
• Injection molding experience is a plus!
