Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electronic industrial printing systems.
• Installation and Commissioning of new equipment.
• Testing / calibration / adjustment of equipment for performance.
• Make recommendations to customers for optimizing performance.
• Manage various reports

• Technical expertise to troubleshoot, install, and repair mechanical or electronic industrial systems.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret mechanical, electrical and electronic schematic drawings and diagrams.
• Ability to interpret the technical issues from non-technical explanation offered by customers.
• Communication with customers and employees in a courteous, effective and professional manner in both a field service and shop environment.
• Ability to work independently without any supervision.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Good logical sense and critical thinker.
• Carrying out research in order to detect the problems and developing the solution for these problems.
• Knowledge and experience with Polytype (or similar) machines a plus
