Inventory Clerk Responsibilities:
- Keeping track of current production levels, recording purchases, and checking stock status
- Reviewing purchase orders for accuracy
- Maintaining records in MS Excel
- Ensuring that all products are properly stored and accounted for, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels
- Performing regular inventory audits to ensure the accuracy of records, and reconciling actual stock counts to computer-generated reports
- Gather tools for jobs to be shipped out when inventory tasks are completed
