Sr. Financial Analyst

This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

• Lead the preparation of financial forecasts in collaboration with different teams across the company
• Manage the annual operating plan cycle, including setting targets, creating guidelines, managing calendar and milestones, and producing presentations for senior leadership
• Collaborate with leadership teams to provide analytical rigor, evaluate strategic initiatives, and analyze critical business decisions
• Work closely with Operations teams across patient services, fulfillment, and delivery to proactively seek opportunities to drive operational excellence and optimize conversion costs
• Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams
• Support the development and monitoring of KPIs tied to strategic goals and evaluate team performance against these metrics
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements
• Utilize advanced Excel/financial modeling skills to manage budgets for major functional areas within the organization
• Leverage SQL proficiency to optimize enterprise level financial systems and processes
• Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively. • Proficiency in CapEx and CRM is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of Data Mining Techniques is essential.
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is necessary.
• Experience with About Time software is desired.
• Knowledge of Accounting Functions is important.
• Familiarity with Budget Processes is required.
• Skill in Expense Reporting is a plus.
• A background in Finance is necessary.
• Experience in a Global Supply Chain environment is a plus.
