About the Position of Consumer Solutions Representative
As a Consumer Solutions Representative for Mavis, you will be empowered to employ problem-solving skills that will lead to conflict resolution, and customer retention and create promoters of the Mavis business. You will endeavor to satisfy customers by implementing empathy and understanding of the customer's needs.
Customers will benefit from your patience and professionalism in your efforts to resolve their concerns and address their inquiries expeditiously.

QualificationsMavis recruits team members who share our commitment to meeting the needs of our growing customer base by responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. To be eligible for the position of Consumer Solutions Representative, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be able to attend one (1) week of on-site training in White Plains, NY
- Demonstrate superior interpersonal skills and patience while treating customers and Company employees as you would want to be treated
- Possess PC literacy and ability to learn software programs (typing proficiency a plus)
- Have 1-2 years of employment-related experience in dealing with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work a flexible work schedule and weekends
