Requirement: Hospital Pharmacist Experience

Job Description:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, following legal and ethical guidelines.
• Review prescriptions for appropriateness, accuracy, and potential interactions with other medications or medical conditions.
• Provide medication counseling to patients, including instructions on dosage, administration, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor medication therapy outcomes and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including maintaining accurate and complete patient records and pharmacy documentation.
• Participate in medication reconciliation processes to ensure continuity of care during transitions between healthcare settings.
• Maintain inventory of medications, monitor stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
• Oversee the work of pharmacy technicians and provide guidance and training when necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmaceutical research, drug approvals, and industry trends.

Education: Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist , Primary Source Verification required
