About Our Client

Our client is a leading global investment management firm known for its innovative approach to asset management and its commitment to sustainable investing.

• Provide recruitment support, including scheduling a high volume of interviews and coordinating candidate availability.
• Process internal transfers and manage the onboarding and pre-hire check processes.
• Act as the point of contact for committed hires, managing the post-offer and pre-hire process to ensure all necessary actions are completed.
• Maintain up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and other trackers.
• Drive HR solutions, assess processes, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, and Finance) to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations
