- Conducting efficient and welcoming onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Managing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinating various HR programs and initiatives, such as training sessions and wellness programs.
- Acting as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related queries and concerns.
- Assisting in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS.
- A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
