Our client is a national services company looking for an Accounting Operations Manager to supervise all accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This is a 100% remote opportunity and will supervise several employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance
- Implement best practices for financial operations and reporting
- Manage cash flow and ensure adherence to financial policies
- Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support
- Oversee all accounts payable and accounts receivable operations
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
