Mid-sized custom manufacturing company seeks experienced Receptionist / Administrative Coordinator for their small team.

This position is 100% on site in Chattanooga TN

Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a positive initial impression of the company.
Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate contacts for streamlined communication.
Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist in administrative tasks including data entry, file organization, and document preparation using MS Word and MS Excel.
Collaborate with internal teams, providing administrative support and facilitating seamless coordination.
Oversee incoming/outgoing mail and packages, ensuring prompt distribution and delivery.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events while managing conference room bookings.
Monitor office supplies and handle orders, maintaining adequate inventory levels.
Serve as a point of contact for building maintenance and facility-related matters, promptly reporting any issues.
Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Uphold a high level of professionalism, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively across all levels within the organization.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel for creating and modifying documents and spreadsheets.
Positive attitude with willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative teamwork.

Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles preferred. • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

  • Familiarity with standard Receptionist Duties
