We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in the Manufacturing industry, located in Succassanna, New Jersey, United States. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be tasked with various responsibilities that ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the picking and packing of consumer products in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the warehouse manager to maintain an organized and effective workflow
- Handle customer service inquiries regarding broken products and arrange for the dispatch of replacement parts or items
- Engage in physical activities, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Utilize ERP Solutions and Epic Software to maintain accurate records and oversee customer accounts
- Perform clerical duties such as answering inbound calls and auditing inventory records
- Create and interpret charts and graphs to monitor inventory levels and anticipate needs
- Ensure the effective use of ADP
- Financial Services and Cerner Technologies in managing customer credit applications and records.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services
- Knowledge of Cerner Technologies
- Familiarity with Epic Software
- Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Ability to work with ERP Solutions
- Proficiency in using About Time software
- Experience in answering inbound calls
- Proven skills in auditing
- Ability to create charts and graphs
- Experience in performing clerical duties
