Robert Half’s client, a leading organization in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry, is seeking a Digital Copywriter for a short-term contract position. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented writer with experience developing scientific and marketing-driven content for both internal and external audiences.

As a Digital Copywriter, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling print and digital materials that align with the organization's branding and strategic messaging. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Strategic Marketing & Program Operations Officers (SMPOs), design, media relations, and web teams to develop content across diverse scientific and marketing topics.
  • Create engaging print and digital assets, including direct mail, brochures, fact sheets, ads, catalogs, and trade show materials.
  • Conduct informational interviews and data collection to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Partner with the Design team to ensure alignment between copy and creative deliverables.
  • Uphold best practices in content development, messaging, and brand consistency.
  • Perform fact-checking, proofreading, and quality assurance to maintain high editorial standards.
  • Leverage A/B testing and analytics to optimize digital content performance.
  • Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Content Management Systems (CMS), and CRM platforms to manage and distribute content.
  • Develop scripts, speeches, and executive-level corporate communications as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital copywriting, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or high-tech industries.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills with the ability to translate complex scientific topics into engaging, audience-friendly copy.
  • Experience developing both scientific and marketing-driven content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, A/B testing, and content analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, research, and fact-checking skills.
