POSITION TITLE: Business Development - I&E
COMPENSATION: Competitive salary + DOE + Bonus

LOCATION: League City, Texas
SUMMARY: I&E Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the Gulf Coast territory. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in technical sales, focusing on Instrumentation & Electrical products or services. This individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with clients and driving revenue growth by delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Gulf Coast region
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing).Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Gulf Coast market, including customer needs, competitive landscape and emerging trends
Effectively manage sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities
Understand client requirements and present tailored I&E solutions to meet their technical and operational needs
Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver high-quality proposals, quotes, and project bids
Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights, technical advice, and value-added solutions
Track and report sales performance, market feedback and key client interactions using CRM tools
Work closely with marketing, engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:- 10 years in I&E sales or technical business development within the Gulf Coast territory
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients across multiple levels of an organization
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelors degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
