Payroll Systems Consultant

Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a Payroll Systems Consultant for our team. The role is based in Irvine, California, ONSITE 5 DAYS per week is required. This interim consulting role will involve managing payroll systems, testing data, and providing conversion support during the integration of Kronos, UKG, and Oracle HCM.
This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the integration of Kronos, UKG, and Oracle HCM software
- Managing testing data to ensure optimal functioning of the payroll system
- Providing conversion support to streamline the transition process
- Maintaining and managing CRT tables in Kronos/UKG
- Processing payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies
- Auditing payroll data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Leveraging AB Testing techniques to optimize payroll systems
- Utilizing Oracle Fusion HCM for effective human capital management
- Applying detail-oriented skills to enhance payroll operations
- Troubleshooting issues with payroll software and implementing effective solutions.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in AB Testing
- Demonstrable experience in Auditing
- Strong knowledge of UKG Pro
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Certified Payroll Detail Oriented (CPP) certification is a must
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Payroll software
