Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join their team, focusing on selling Fixed Income OMS/EMS solutions to financial institutions and trading firms. Their sales division is challenged with originating and closing new sales opportunities and growing wallet share from existing clients.
What Will You Be Involved With?- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Fixed Income solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions
- Build and develop a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of their Fixed Income OMS/EMS platforms
- Travel for in-person visits to customers and prospective customers
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet specific client needs and regulatory requirements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Attend conferences, participate in industry panels, and represent the firm at industry events while growing and enhancing the product brand
- Coordinate onboarding efforts for new customers
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in financial technology sales and/or fixed income industry
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading practices, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent knowledge of Fixed Income concepts and technologies
- Proven track record of closing complex, enterprise-level sales deals
- An existing network of professionals in the financial services industry
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
