SAO IT Business Analyst (Workday Payroll)

The SAO IT Business Analyst (Workday Payroll) will analyze, configure, and support the Workday platform for human capital management and other business processes. Responsibilities include configuring Payroll modules, gathering business requirements, optimizing processes, data analysis, testing, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring junior analysts.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or project management. Preferred qualifications include Workday certifications and experience with data migration and integration tools.
