Key Holder (Store Associate)

Performs store opening and closing procedures which includes, but is not limited to, ensuring security of the building by locking and setting alarms.
Trains Store Associates on job duties as necessary.
Acts as the Manager on Duty when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is unavailable.
Greets and interacts with customers. Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selects and suggests options suitable for the customers’ needs, and answers customers’ questions about merchandise.
Collects payment using the store point of sale system.
Prices and tags goods according to retail policy and restocks sales floor as necessary.
Communicates effectively. You excel when interacting with others.
Is a charismatic leader. You know how to lead and inspire a team. You have experience coaching and engaging others to follow your direction.
Aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team. You understand that we succeed or fail as a team. You are always ready to step beyond your responsibilities to go the extra mile to ensure that your team is successful.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS (The stuff you must have)
High School Diploma or GED.Minimum of one (1) year or retail experience highly preferred.
Schedule flexibility.
Is reliable and consistently comes to work on time and as scheduled.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds with no support regularly.
Able to perform tasks that require repetitive motion (ie: tagging or hanging clothes). Manual dexterity is required.
COMPENSATION:
Goodwill regularly evaluates our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive.Starting pay will be based on a candidate’s experience, skills and education.
The pay range for this position is $16.00/hr.-$18.00/hr.
