The Admissions Support position provides administrative support to the department by answering and following up with telephone messages, the referral account email, and fax. They are responsible for receiving, reviewing, and documenting referrals for all residential treatment programs.
Position Details:
Salary: Starts at $20.25 - 23.09 / hr (rate is based on education and relevant experience)Location: Hybrid - Viera Program & work from home
Scheduled: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

Qualifications:
Education- Bachelor's Degree required
- One year administrative/clerical experience with strong computer skills. required
- Customer Service Skills and ability to multitask required
- Must maintain current knowledge on the multitude of funding sources and ensure compliance with mandated requirements and standards.
- Valid Driver's License
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Screen, Physical, & TB Test
