We have a great full time opportunity for a Patient Care Technician in California.

At Stockton Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, we are passionate about patient care! At our 50-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, serving Stockton and surrounding areas. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

What you bring:

  • A passion for providing patient care. A positive and compassionate team player focused on providing a nurturing and caring environment for patients.
  • C.N.A Certification preferred.
  • Experience as a C.N.A. or Patient Care Technician required.
  • Current CPR

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • C.N.A certification preferred; C.N.A certification required in SNF, SC setting.
  • CPR Certification required
  • One (1) year experience in a hospital setting preferred

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

  • Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
  • Demonstrates appropriate knowledge of Infection Control and proper body mechanics
  • Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
  • Utilizes policies, procedures, and guidelines in caring for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.

Responsibilities:

Working under the supervision of registered nurse, primarily responsible for providing direct bedside care to patients. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Posted Total Compensation :
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $21 to $27.

Minimum Salary: USD $21.00/Hr.

Maximum Salary: USD $27.00/Hr.
