Here's what you'd do:Perform administrative activities in support of the Human Resources organization. May take on assignments from various areas of Human Resources, such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, etc.Perform administrative or support tasks in functional area. May research and resolve employee problems and questions. May update and maintain the HRIS systems. May respond to outside queries from vendors, and companies verifying employment under the direction of HR management.
May provide support to employee activities and programsPerform a variety of routine activities in support of functional areas such as production operations, engineering, or human resources for a specific project, business or a technical unitGather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sourcesCompile, review and analyze dataUse software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentationsMay design processes to enhance work flowProvide data and information to others on functional unit processes and proceduresThis position typically spends 70% of their time supporting the functionGood understanding of general job aspects and some understanding of the detailed aspects of the jobSupport, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Here's what you'll get:Pay: $20-$22/hour
Hours: 9/80 1st shift Monday to Thursday 7:30am -5:30pm, Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (every other Friday off)
Length: Temp to Direct
Holiday pay(New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.), 401(k), direct deposit, and medical and dental insurance
