We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a local non-profit organization. This role is pivotal in providing essential administrative support within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
Administrative Support: Assist senior staff with calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Document Preparation: Create and format documents, reports, and presentations. Communication: Serve as a key contact for inquiries, managing stakeholder communications effectively.
